PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Council of Orange Village will hold a public hearing at 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at the Orange Village Hall, 4600 Lander Road, Orange Village, Ohio.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider Ordinance No. 2023-16. This Ordinance, if enacted and confirmed by a majority vote of the Orange Village electors at an election to be held on March 19, 2024, would enact zoning regulations for a new “Orange Place South Planned Development District” and rezone property into that district.

The Ordinance is on file in the office of the Clerk of Council, Orange Village, and it may be viewed by those interested during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Orange Village Hall.
