Orange Village Council will be holding a public hearing at 7:45 p.m. on September 13, 2023, regarding requested variances from the Orange Village Zoning Code. Adam Jacobs is seeking variances for the construction on an additional two-car attached garage at the property located at 4240 Cambridge Court. He is seeking a 20’ variance to the required 50’ rear yard setback [1148.08] and 298 sq ft variance from the maximum area permitted for attached garages to add 480 sq ft to the existing 994 sq ft garage.
