Many residents experience power outages and flickering lights.

Please contact FirstEnergy with any issues. Report your outage using one of the following methods: 

• Call the toll-free, 24-hour Outage Reporting Line, 1-888-LIGHTSS (1-888-544-4877), or
• Report your outage online by clicking here, or
• Report your outage via text message. Text REG to 544487 (LIGHTS) to get started.

There is also a map of outages on their website.

It is imperative that you report outages and/or flickering lights to FirstEnergy. Even if your neighbor has called, you should also contact them.
