PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE – 4/13/2022

Orange Village Council will be holding a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on April 13, 2022, regarding a requested variance from the Orange Village Zoning Code for the property located at 50 Wall Street – Whole Foods, Orange Village, OH 44122. Square Mile Orange Village LLC, is seeking a zoning variance from the required setback of sixty feet (60’) from the Orange Place right of way to construct four (4) charging stations not less than four feet (4’) from the right of way lot line of Orange Place.

The public hearing may be accessed via Zoom in the same manner as the regular Council meeting that is scheduled for that evening.
