Fire Chief 4. Proposed revisions of the U-3A Continuing Care Retirement Community District David Hartt, Planner *The proposed revisions would modify the regulations to be more in-line with the normal market of continuing care retirement communities – minimum acreage, size of facility, intensity of development. 5. Audience comments relative to agenda items No comments. 6. Old Business: Introduction and reconsideration of: A. ORDINANCE NO. 2005-17 An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a lease agreement with J&J Energy, LLC, to drill for oil and gas on Orange Village property. 3rd reading, as amended. Planning & Zoning Commission recommends Council to approve 11-15-05. Jeff Baker, Bakerwell, Inc. was present to answer questions. *Revisions to the lease agreement: Change the agreement from J&J Energy, LLC to Bakerwell, Inc. Pay Orange Village $10,000 upon signing lease Pay Orange Village $5,000 per well prior to spudding the well B. ORDINANCE NO. 2006-3 An ordinance enacting Chapter 1176 of the Code of Ordinances of Orange Village to establish setbacks from riparian areas. 1st reading. Planning & Zoning Commission recommends Council to approve Ordinance No. 2006-3. *Will refer to Storm Water Management for review. C. ORDINANCE NO. 2006-4 An ordinance amending section 1375.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the village to amend the exemptions from the regulations which cover the cutting of trees within the village. 1st reading. Refer to the Planning & Zoning Commission. 7. New Business: Introduction and consideration of: A. ORDINANCE NO. 2006-6 An ordinance amending Chapter 1153 of the Code of Ordinances of Orange Village to modify the U-3A Continuing Care Retirement Community District. 1st reading. Motion to authorize the Engineer to draw up specs and advertise for bids on paving the village hall parking lot and resurfacing Jackson Road and Orange Meadow Lane. 8. Additional items to appear on the agenda for February 8th: Ordinance for the HELP Loan Program Confirmation of new police secretary Ordinance authorizing transfer of funds to the capital equipment and police pension funds 9.
