ORANGE VILLAGE COUNCIL
RECONVENED MEETING OF OCTOBER 11, 2006
OCTOBER 18, 2006 6:30PM



1.	Mark Bram, President of Council, called the reconvened meeting to order for the purpose of discussing 
a new 	Service facility at 6:31pm.

		Review of timeline, exhibits and various options included in packets distributed to Council
		- Members of Council - comments and concerns 	
			Size of the facility
			Location

			Wet lands 
			Regional consortiums and equipment sharing opportunities
		- Council President:
			Plans to be reviewed and reassessed by Service Director and Architect
			Location to be studied by Planning and Zoning Commission
			Cost and Financing to be discussed by Finance

8.	Motion to adjourn to executive session for the purpose of discussing land acquisition and pending 
	litigation was made by Perry, seconded by Brown.

	Adjourned to executive session at 8:13pm.
	Adjourned from executive session at 8:29pm.
