MINUTES ORANGE VILLAGE COUNCIL RECONVENED MEETING OF OCTOBER 11, 2006 OCTOBER 18, 2006 6:30PM

1.	Mark Bram, President of Council, called the reconvened meeting to order for the purpose of discussing 
a new 	Service facility at 6:31pm.

	litigation was made by Perry, seconded by Brown.
