1. Dan Brown, Council President, called the Regular Meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.

4. Presentation by Jud Kline on “Orange Goes Green Certification Program.”
Question and answer period followed the presentation.
The Mayor read and presented a Proclamation to Judson A. Kline for his work on
the Orange Goes Green Certification Program Committee and Orange Goes
Green Certification Manual.
5. Motion to approve the amended minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 13 made by
Perry; seconded by Kluter

6. The preliminary Treasurer’s Report of December 31, 2009 was explained. The final report will
be ready for the March meeting.
7. Motion to approve the Tax Administrator’s Report of January 31, 2010 made by Perry; seconded by Bonk.

8. Motion to approve the Bills to be Paid for February in the amount of $176,882.99 and
additional expenses of $99,748.65 made by Perry; seconded by Parks.

A Resolution authorizing the Building Department’s Orange Goes Green Voluntary Certification Program.
A motion to adopt Resolution 2010-1 made by Perry; seconded by Braverman

B. A motion to authorize the Village Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the 2010 Water
Main/Fire Safety Project made by Parks; seconded by Perry.

19. There being no objection, the agenda will be amended by including Ordinance 2010-3.
An Ordinance authoring the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Catholic Diocese
of Cleveland for the purchase of the St. Margaret of Hungary Parish property located at
4680 Lander Road, and declaring an emergency. This ordinance will be placed on 1st Reading.
