Due to a production error at NOPEC’S printing facility, some of NOPEC’S existing dual (both electric and natural gas) customers received opt-out materials that referenced the incorrect utility and initial pricing for their accounts.  Per NOPEC, please disregard and discard the October 30, 2019 mailing. You will be sent an updated letter and terms of service early next week with the correct utility and pricing for your natural gas and electric accounts.  Please be advised that:


  • If you wish to retain NOPEC as your energy supplier, you should do nothing.


  • If you responded to the October 30, 2019 mailing with a request to opt out, NOPEC will honor your request.  However, if after reviewing the corrected materials, you wish to retain NOPEC as your energy supplier, you will need to call NOPEC’s Customer Care Center at 1-855-667-3201.  Otherwise, NOPEC will no longer be your energy supplier.
