Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

PZ/ABR Discussion: Joint motion to approve the “Thoreau” style fence was made by Hitt; seconded by Lewis.

Audience Comments: Dr. & Mrs. Hornstein, 4475 Lander Rd, commented on proposed fence.

#4 BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT
· University Hospital Breast Center project has been completed.
· University Hospital Canopy project is completed. The canopy did not require fire sprinklering as
the structure is not attached to the building.
· The grass is growing a lot in Orange Village and the Building Department has billed residents over
$10,000 for the Service Department to cut their lawns. There are approximately 16 vacant houses
in Orange Village.
#5 ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION
· Jud Kline is working hard on the ‘Green’ initiative for the community.
· Mary Fisco will not be at the next meeting. Scott Lewis volunteered to take notes should a
substitute not be found.
· Members discussed LaRich’s Pizza sign and the landscaping at the corner near The Diner.
Members also talked about the maintenance of Sandy’s Gas ‘n Go.
Motion to approve the minutes of the June 16, 2009 meeting was made by Kline; seconded by Centanni.

No: None
Abstain: Lewis, Terlep
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:12 pm.
