1.     Mark Parks, Council President, called the Regular Council Meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.

4   Motion to confirm Lukasz Curkowicz as Firefighter/Paramedic made by Kluter; 
seconded by Brown.

5.  Motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 13, 2012 made by

6. Motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report of May 31, 2012 made by Brown;

7. Motion to approve the Tax Administrator’s report of June 30, 2012 made by Brown;

8.  Questions regarding the Bills to be Paid for July, 2012 in the amount of $115,625.55 
and additional expenses of $105,964.10 were discussed.

10.  Old Business Discussion of Pending Legislation	

	A. ORDINANCE 2012-4
	An Ordinance amending certain sections of Chapter 775 of the Codified Ordinances 
	of the Village to provide for taxation of gambling winnings. 2nd Reading

11.   New Business – Introduction and consideration of legislation and motions

	A. ORDINANCE 2012-5
	An Ordinance designating PNC Bank, Charter One/RBS Citizens Bank, and 
	Star Ohio (State Treasury Asset Reserve of Ohio) as a depository for active 
	interim and/or inactive deposits of Orange Village, Ohio for a period of five (5) 
	years and declaring an emergency.

	A motion to suspend the rules was made by Perry; seconded by Brown

	NAYS: None

	A motion to adopt Ordinance 2012-5 made by Perry; seconded by Brown

	B. RESOLUTION 2012-6
	A Resolution adopting the 2012 Orange Village Alternative Tax Budget. 

	A motion to adopt Resolution 2012-6 made by Perry; seconded by Kluter

	NAYS: None

	C.  RESOLUTION 2012-7
	A Resolution authorizing the Ohio Department of Transportation to resurface 
	U.S. Route 422 within the  Municipal Corporation Limits of Orange Village, and 
	declaring an emergency.

	A motion to adopt Resolution 2012-7 made by Perry; seconded by Brown
	AYES: Brown, Bonk, Perry, Braverman, Kluter, Duber, Parks
	NAYS: None

	D. Motion to accept the lowest and best bid for the Videotaping Storm Sewer 
	Program from Lake County Sewer in the amount of $13,545.00 made by Perry; 
	seconded by Brown

	NAYS: None

	E. Motion to accept the lowest and best bid for the 2012 Concrete Repair Program 
	from C. A. Agresta Construction Company in the amount of $33,085.00 Base Bid 
	and $14,400.00 Bid Alternate made by Perry; seconded by Kluter.

	F. Motion to declare as surplus a Bi-phasic 1p 12 co2 monitoring Bluetooth, 
	bp pulse-ox, 4 and 12 lead capable unit and an aed mode and manual made by 
	Perry; seconded by Brown
