5. New Business: Discussion of New Legislation and Motions
A. ORDINANCE 2012-4
An Ordinance amending certain sections of Chapter 775 of the Codified Ordinances
of the Village to provide for taxation of gambling winnings. 1st Reading – Discussion ensued
B. Motion to authorize the Mayor to purchase Mobile Radios for the Police, Fire and Service
Departments at a cost not to exceed $90,200.00
C. A motion to authorize an amendment to the Village’s contract with Bialosky & Partners Architects to
provide additional compensation in an amount not to exceed Eleven thousand one hundred
fifty three dollars. ($11,153.) – Explanation by Ron Kluchin and John Bialosky
