1.  Work Session called to order by Mark Parks, Council President, at 8:00 p.m.

2.  Pledge of Allegiance

3.  Roll Call:
         Members Present: Kluter, Duber, Brown, Bonk, Perry, Braverman, Parks
         Members Absent:  None
         Others Present:Kathy Mulcahy – Mayor
			Steve Byron – Law Director
			Bob Zugan – Service Director
			Bob Wilson – Acting Fire Chief
			David Bloom – Treasurer 

4.  Old Business: Discussion of Pending Legislation – None pending
   
5.  New Business: Discussion of New Legislation and Motions

	A. Motion to confirm Josh Sirk from part-time Service Department 
	employee to full-time Service Department  employee.

       	B. Motion to confirm Bob Wilson as Fire Chief – There were questions 
	about duties and amount of work.

       	C. Motion to confirm Dan Fritz as Assistant Fire Chief

       	D. Motion to authorize Bialosky & Partners to prepare construction documents.

       	E. Motion to authorize the Mayor to purchase a pickup truck for the Fire Department. 
	Bid closes on May 31st .

       	F. Motion to authorize the Mayor to purchase of a truck for the Service Department. 
	This will be purchased in  two payments.

       	G. Motion to declare one 1991 Mack single axle dump truck SER. # 1M2P295COMM010733 
	to be disposed of at the discretion of the Mayor.

       	H. Discussion of the Office of Emergency Management. – Need legislation in order to 
	apply for grant in case of emergency.
