1.  Work Session called to order by Mark Parks, Council President, at 8:00 p.m.

	Regulations for Woodbran

	A motion to declare a Fire Department Cot, Ferno Model 93p as surplus to be 
	disposed of at the discretion of the Mayor. Will be on agenda for Regular Meeting.
