1.     Mark Parks, Council President, called the Regular Council Meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.

4.  Motion to confirm Kathleen Moran as a member of the Architectural Review Board 
	made by Braverman; seconded by Perry.

	The Oath of Office was administered by Mayor Mulcahy.

5.  Motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 14, 2012 made

6.    Motion to approve the minutes of the Special Meeting/Work Session of April 4, 2012 
	made by Perry; seconded by Duber.

7. Motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report of February 29, 2012 made by

8. Motion to approve the Tax Administrator’s report of March 31, 2012 made by

9.  Questions regarding the Bills to be Paid for April, 2012 in the amount of 
	$170,442.68 and additional expenses of $51,561.05 were discussed.

12.   New Business – Introduction and consideration of legislation and motions
	A.  Motion to declare a Fire Department Cot, Ferno Model 93p, as 
	surplus to be disposed of at the discretion of the Mayor. made by 
	Perry; seconded by Brown

B.	Motion to pay Hall Public Safety an amount not to exceed $36,400 
	for the purpose of installing necessary police equipment for the Village’s 
	new Chevy Tahoes (2 vehicles) and Dodge Chargers (4 vehicles) made 
	by Perry; seconded by Duber.

	C.  Motion to purchase six  multiband mobile radios from Motorola in 
	an amount not to exceed $26,000.00 made by Perry; seconded by Brown

	D. Motion to set the pay rate for the Clerk of Council from $17.50 per 
	hour to $18.50 per hour retroactive to January 1, 2012 made by Kluter;

16. Comments by the Mayor –  A resident with a one acre lot has requested a change in 
	the Ordinance to raise chickens. Presently a 1 ˝ acre lot is required.
