An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter an agreement for Police Services

	A. RESOLUTION 2012-3
           	An emergency Resolution supporting the Enterprise GIS Feasibility Study for 
	Cuyahoga County, the Local Municipalities with the County, and Regional Service 
	Agencies through the Local Government Innovation Fund Grant Applications 
	submitted by Cuyahoga County.

            	Motion to adopt Resolution 2012-3 made by Braverman; seconded by Brown

B. A Motion to accept the bid of W. W. Huttinger LLC in the amount of $15,247 for the

C.  A Motion to purchase the following  in-car Video Cameras, equipment and installation 
Arbitrator Kit – MK20; Arbitrator Rear Seat IR Cameras; 2.4GHz Wireless Mic Transmitter 
Set; Arbitrator 360 Extended Warranty for Years 4 and 5; Arbitrator 360 Annual Software 
Upgrade Agreement for 5 years from Insignet. Also Software Training and Installation from 
Modern Computer; Vehicle Installation for Hall Public Safety; and Hard Drives from Dell at 
a cost of $47,438.01 made by Kluter; seconded by Brown

F.  A motion to authorize the Village Engineer to prepare plans and specifications 
for video taping of storm sewers in various areas made by Kluter; seconded by Duber.

G.  A motion to authorize the Village Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for 
the Pike Drive storm  outlet made by Brown; seconded by Duber

H.  A motion to authorize the Village Engineer at a cost not to exceed $6,000,  to prepare 
the necessary documentation to apply for Ohio Storm Water Improvement   Fund (SWIF) 
Fund Grants from the Ohio EPA and to submit the documents with applications for two projects: 
the Jackson Road Drainage Improvement Project (between Brainard Road and Orangedale Drive) 
and Service Department Entry Project (for the construction of a new entranceway to the service 
facility at 4680 Lander Road made by Braverman; seconded by Duber.
