1.     Mark Parks, Council President, called the Regular Meeting to order at 8:005p.m.

4.  Motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of November 14th 
made by Kluter; seconded by Perry

5.  Motion to approve the minutes of the Work Session/Special Meeting of 
December 5 made by Brown; seconded  by  Perry

6.  Motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report of October 31, 2012 made by Perry; 
seconded by Brown

7.  Motion to approve the Tax Administrator’s Report of November 30, 2012 made by Brown; 
seconded by Perry

8.  Discussion of the Bills to be Paid for December, 2012 in the amount of $494,289.60 
and additional expenses of  $315,650.85.

10.  Old Business Discussion of Pending Legislation	

	A. ORDINANCE 2012-18
	An Ordinance appointing the Law Director and authorizing the Mayor to enter 
	into an agreement with Walter  & Haverfield LLP effective from January 1, 2013 
	through December 31, 2013, and declaring an emergency   3rd  Reading
	Law Director advises this Ordinance will have adjustments and changes; therefore 
	no vote will be taken at this meeting.

	B. ORDINANCE 2012-22
	An Ordinance to make annual appropriations for current expenses and 
	other expenditures of Orange Village during the calendar year 2012. 
	2nd Reading. The administration requests suspension of the  rules.

	Motion made by Perry; seconded by Kluter to suspend the rules
		AYES: Duber, Brown, Bonk, Perry, Braverman, Kluter, Parks
               	NAYS: None

	Motion to adopt Ordinance 2012-22 made by Perry; seconded by Brown

	C. ORDINANCE 2012-23
	An Ordinance to make annual amended appropriations for current expenses 
	and other expenditures of Orange Village during the calendar year 2012.
