1.  Work Session called to order by Mark Parks, Council President, at 8:00 p.m.

4.  Agenda was changed to discuss item G under New Business – Discussion of the Service Building 
bids A motion will be needed at the Regular Council Meeting to reject all bids and rebid the project. 
There were errors in the bidding in several bids. 

5.  Old Business: Discussion of Pending Legislation 

	A. ORDINANCE 2012-14
            	An Ordinance to amend Section 143.17 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Orange. 
	3rd  Reading.

	B. ORDINANCE 2012-15
	An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the City of Cleveland for 
	the Brainard Road Express Main Improvement. 2nd Reading. Referred to P & Z – Approved 
	unanimously by P & Z Administration requests Council suspend the rules at the Council Meeting.
	
	C. ORDINANCE 2012-16
	An Ordinance granting a height variance to Bethlehem Baptist Church for property located at 
	27300 Emery Road. 2nd Reading. Referred to P & Z
   
6.  New Business: Discussion of New Legislation and Motions

	A. ORDINANCE 2012-17
	An Ordinance amending Section 935.01 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Orange to 
	provide standards for receiving snow plowing services from the Village, and declaring an 
	emergency. 1st Reading

	B. ORDINANCE 2012-18
	An Ordinance appointing the Law Director and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement 
	with Walter & Haverfield LLP effective from January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013, and 
	declaring an emergency 1st Reading

	C. ORDINANCE 2012-19
	An Ordinance appointing Blair N. Melling as the Prosecutor of Orange Village, and providing 
	compensation for the Prosecutor and declaring an emergency. 1st Reading

	D. ORDINANCE 2012-20
	An Ordinance approving and confirming the appointment of Stephen Hovancsek & Associates, Inc., 
	as Orange Village Engineer, repealing certain ordinances and declaring an emergency. 1st Reading.

	E.  A motion to declare a Toro 325D Mower, enclosed cab and snow blower. Serial # 30795-303397 
	as surplus equipment.  This item will be sold.

	F. A motion to declare as surplus a 1999 Ford F-350 XLT pickup truck with 80,350 miles - 
	VIN # FTSF31:2XED22654. It also comes with an 8 ½ foot Western plow.
