1.     Mark Parks, Council President, called the Regular Meeting to order at 8:005p.m.

	B. ORDINANCE 2012-15
	An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the City of Cleveland for the 
	Brainard  Road Express Main Improvement. 2nd Reading – Referred to P & Z – Passed unanimously 
	by P & Z. Administration requests suspension of the rules

	A. ORDINANCE 2012-17
	An Ordinance amending Section 935.01 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Orange to 
	provide standards for receiving snow plowing services from the Village, and declaring an 	
	emergency. 1st Reading

	An Ordinance appointing the Law Director and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement 
	with Walter  & Haverfield LLP effective from January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013, and

	C. ORDINANCE 2012-19
	An Ordinance appointing Blair N. Melling as the Prosecutor of Orange Village, and providing 
	compensation  for the Prosecutor and declaring an emergency. 1st Reading

	D. ORDINANCE 2012-20
	An Ordinance approving and confirming the appointment of Stephen Hovancsek & Associates, Inc.,     
	as  Orange Village Engineer, repealing certain ordinances and declaring an emergency. 1st Reading.

	E. ORDINANCE 2012-21
	An Ordinance amending Section 147.16 of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village to change the 
	contribution and benefit structures of the Employee Health Insurance Benefit and declaring an 
	emergency. 1st Reading

		
	F.  A motion to declare a Toro 325D Mower, enclosed cab and snow blower. Serial # 30795-303397        
	as  surplus equipment made by Brown; seconded by Kluter

	G. A motion to declare as surplus a 1999 Ford F-350 XLT pick up truck with 80,350 miles - VIN # 
	FTSF31:2XED22654 and an 8 ½ foot Western plow made by Brown; seconded by Perry

	H.  A motion to reject all bids for the Orange Village Service Center Project and to ratify the 
	rebidding of the project made by Perry; seconded by Brown
