1.     Mark Parks, Council President, called the Regular Meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.

4.  Motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of September 12th made by Kluter;

7.  Motion to approve the Tax Administrator’s Report of September 30, 2012 made by Perry;

8.  Discussion of the Bills to be Paid for October, 2012 in the amount of $325,179.79 and 
additional expenses of  $111,287.93.
