PUBLIC HEARING			ORDINANCE 2011-23
An  Ordinance granting certain variances for a private garage to Carl Hagerling 
for his property located at 4939 Woodcrest Drive. 
Explanation by Carl Hagerling


1.     Mark Parks, Council President, called the Regular Council Meeting to order at 8:01 p.m.

4.  Motion to excuse Lisa Perry due to the death of her father made by Kluter; seconded by 
    Brown

5. Motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 13, 2011 made by Kluter; 
seconded by  Bram
	AYES:  Bonk, Braverman, Kluter, Bram, Parks
	NAYS:  None
	ABSTAIN: Brown

6.  Motion to approve the minutes of the Work Session/Special Meeting of August 3 made 
	by Brown; seconded by Braverman.
	AYES:  Brown, Bonk, Braverman, Kluter, Bram, Parks
	NAYS:  None

7. Motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report of June 30, 2011 made by  Brown
    seconded by Bram.

8.Motion to approve the Tax Administrator’s report of July 31, 2011 made by Brown; 
   seconded by Bram

9.  Questions regarding the Bills to be Paid for August in the amount of $153,235.13 
     and additional expenses of $63,598.90 were discussed..

A. ORDINANCE 2011-21
An Ordinance providing for the submission to the Electors of Orange Village of a proposed 
amendment to Article V, Section 9 (A), of the Orange Village Charter, and declaring an 
emergency 3rd  Reading

A motion to adopt Ordinance 2011-21 was made by Brown; seconded by Kluter
	AYES:  Brown, Bonk, Braverman, Kluter, Bram, Parks
	NAYS:  None

B. ORDINANCE 2011-23
An  Ordinance granting certain variances for a private garage to Carl Hagerling for his 
property located at 4939 Woodcrest Drive. 3rd Reading. – Referred to P & Z – Council 
received materials on first variance requested and on new variance.

A motion to adopt the Conclusions of Fact made by  Kluter; seconded by Brown
	AYES:  Brown, Bonk, Braverman, Kluter, Bram, Parks
	NAYS:  None

A motion to adopt Ordinance 2011-23 was made by Kluter; seconded by Brown
	AYES:  Brown, Bonk, Braverman, Kluter, Bram, Parks

C.  ORDINANCE 2011-24
An Ordinance amending Section 107.01 of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village 
relating to contract procedure. 2nd  Reading.
