A. ORDINANCE 2011-8
An Ordinance providing a fee for connecting directly or indirectly
with certain water mains located in certain rights of way of Orange
Village, providing a penalty for violating this ordinance, and declaring an
emergency. 3rd Reading

A motion to adopt Ordinance 2011-8 made by Brown; seconded by Perry

B. ORDINANCE 2011-13
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a purchase and
sale of lease and successor lease agreement with AP Wireless
Infrastructure Partners LLC. 3rd Reading

C. ORDINANCE 2011-15
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a collective bargaining
agreement with the Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council, Inc.,

A. ORDINANCE 2011-16
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the
Ohio Department of Transportation and take any other action
necessary to participate in the bulk purchasing of road salt for the
2011-2012 winter season and declaring an emergency.1st Reading

B. ORDINANCE 2011-17
An Ordinance granting a sign size variance to LJI Collision Center
at 27100 Chagrin Boulevard. 1st Reading Referred to P & Z

C. ORDINANCE 2011-18
An Ordinance granting a variance from the Time Limitation on Nonconforming
Uses, set forth in Section 1164.04(e) of the Codified Ordinances of
Orange Village, to permit the continued lawful nonconforming use of the
Gasoline Service Station located at 28021 Miles Road. 1st Reading
Referred to P & Z

D.A motion pursuant to Section 107.01 (d) of the Orange Village Codified
Ordinances, to authorize the agreement with Ford Motor Credit Company
for the leasing of a 2011 Dodge Charger for use by the Police Department
made by Brown; seconded by Kluter

E. A motion to confirm the appointment of Chief Bruce White as full-time fire
chief made by Perry; seconded by Brown.

A motion to confirm the appointment of Chief Bruce White as full-time

agreed to the amendment “effective June 1, 2011.”

F. A motion to amend the agenda to add Ordinance 2011-19 “An Ordinance
authorizing an agreement with Bruce White for full-time fire chief services that
are necessary to provide for the daily of the Fire Department and declaring an

G. ORDINANCE 2011-19
An Ordinance authorizing an agreement with Bruce White for full-time fire chief
services that are necessary to provide for the daily operation of the Fire Department,
