An Ordinance granting a maximum accessory building area variance to Jeffrey T. Foster
and Kristine M. Henige for property located at 4570 Lander Road, Orange Village, Ohio.
2nd Reading Referred to P & Z P & Z stated that no variance is needed.

An Ordinance determining a tire showroom and automotive service facility
to be a similar U-4 District use and granting a Special Use Permit to Conrads
Tire Realty Company, Inc. for the property located at 27370 Chagrin Boulevard.
2nd Reading Referred to P & Z 3rd Reading will be on January 4, 2012 with
a Public Hearing at that time.
F. ORDINANCE 2011-33
An Ordinance granting a front yard setback variance and a side yard variance to Russell
Rogers for his property located at 3941 White Oak Trail. 2nd Reading. Referred to P & Z

An Ordinance approving and confirming the appointment of Stephen Hovancsek &
Associates, Inc., as Orange Village Engineer and repealing certain ordinances. 1st Reading
B. ORDINANCE 2011-35
An Ordinance appointing Blair N. Melling as the Prosecutor of Orange Village, and providing
compensation for the Prosecutor. 1st Reading
C. ORDINANCE 2011-36
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Ice Miller LLP,
effective from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012. 1st Reading
D. ORDINANCE 2011-37
An Ordinance to make annual amended appropriations for current expenses and
other expenditures of Orange Village during the calendar year 2011. 1st Reading

G. ORDINANCE 2011-40
An Ordinance approving the editing and inclusion of certain Ordinances as parts
of the various component codes of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village, Ohio,
and declaring an emergency. 1st Reading
H Motion to declare the following equipment as surplus property.
1 1993 Ford /New Holland 555 Backhoe and 1 GMC Panel Van. made
by Perry; seconded by Brown
