4.  Old Business: Discussion and consideration of Pending Legislation	
	
A. ORDINANCE 2011-25
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the 
City of Solon for prisoner housing services. 3rd  Reading

B.  ORDINANCE 2011-26
An Ordinance amending various sections of Chapter 1377, Comprehensive Storm 
Water Management, of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village, and repealing 
various sections of Chapter 1377. 3rd  Reading

C. ORDINANCE 2011-27
An Ordinance amending Section 1378.02, Definitions, and Section 1378.08, 
Performance Standards, of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village relating 
to Erosion and Sediment Control and repealing existing  Section 1378.02 and 
existing section 1378.08. 3rd  Reading

D. ORDINANCE 2011-28
An Ordinance amending certain sections of Chapter 1331 of the Codified 
Ordinances of Orange Village relating to Prohibited Conditions, authorizing 
an appeal of a determination and amending the  penalties for unsafe dwellings 
and structures.  3rd  Reading

with discussion following.

E. ORDINANCE 2011-29
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the 
City of Bedford  Heights for Prisoner Housing Services. 2nd   Reading

F. RESOLUTION 2011-6
A Resolution adopting the Cuyahoga County Business Attraction and 
Anti-poaching Protocol, authorizing the Mayor to enter into the Business 
Attraction and Anti-poaching Protocol Agreement. 2nd Reading

An Ordinance granting a maximum accessory building area variance to 
Jeffrey T. Foster and Kristine M. Henige for property located at 4570 Lander Road, 
Orange Village, Ohio. 1st Reading

B. ORDINANCE 2011-31
An Ordinance amending Section 521.06 of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village 
to provide for the removal of snow on sidewalks in Village Business Districts. 1st Reading
