An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland for
the purchase of St. Margaret of Hungary Parish property located at 4680 Lander Road. 3rd Reading
Motion to publicly discuss the appraisal of the St. Margaret of Hungary Parish property made by Bram;
seconded by Kluter

A. ORDINANCE 2010-5
An Ordinance amending Chapter 125 of the Codified Ordinances to authorize the Treasurer to make declarations
of official intent under U.S. treasury regulation with respect to reimbursements from proceeds of bonds, notes
or other obligations of temporary advances made for payments prior to issuance, and related matters. 1st Reading
B. ORDINANCE 2010-6
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to convey Orange Village’s interest in the Mount Hope Cemetery to
the City of Solon. 1st Reading
C. RESOLUTION 2010-2
A Resolution enacted by the Village of Orange, Cuyahoga County, Ohio hereinafter referred to as the
Local Public Agency (LPA), in the matter of the stated described project to upgrade the traffic signals at
the Chagrin Boulevard and Orange Place intersection located in the Village of Orange and Woodmere.
A motion to suspend the rules made by Braverman; seconded by Perry.
