A. ORDINANCE 2010-24
An Ordinance amending subsection (b) of Section 111.02 of the Codified
Ordinances of Orange Village to provide for the publication of the Newsletter
on a quarterly basis. 2nd Reading
B. ORDINANCE 2010-25
An Ordinance determining an automotive collision center to be a similar harmonious and
compatible U-7 District Use and granting a Special Use Permit to Great Expectations on
behalf of Michael J. Giarrizzo, for the property located at 27100 Chagrin Boulevard.
2nd Reading – This matter was referred to P & Z.
C. ORDINANCE 2010-26
An Ordinance amending Chapter 1365 of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village
relating to flood and mudslide hazards and repealing existing Chapter 1365. 2nd Reading
The administration requests a suspension of the rules.

An Ordinance amending Section 139.05 of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village
to require Service Department members to be in good standing in order to receive
additional compensation. 2nd Reading

A. ORDINANCE 2010-29
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with
Schottenstein Zox & Dunn Co. L.P.A. effective from January 1, 2011
through December 31, 2011. 1st Reading
B. ORDINANCE 2010-30
An Ordinance appointing Blair N. Melling as the Prosecutor of Orange Village,
and providing compensation
for the Prosecutor. 1st Reading
C. ORDINANCE 2010-31
An Ordinance approving and confirming the appointment of Stephen
Hovancsek & Associates, Inc., as Orange Village Engineer and repealing
certain ordinances. 1st Reading.
D. ORDINANCE 2010-32
An Ordinance authorizing an agreement with Christopher Kostura for Police
Chief Services that are necessary to provide for the daily operation of the
Police Department and declaring an emergency. 1st Reading.
