10. Old Business Discussion of Pending Legislation
A. ORDINANCE 2009-27
An Ordinance granting Ronald and Deborah G. Klein, owners of 29149 North Hilltop, the right to tie into the
waterline located on Cambridge Court, and imposing certain conditions on said right. 3rd Reading
Council referred this Ordinance to P & Z.- Recommendation for approval from P & Z.
Motion to adopt Ordinance 2009-27 made by Kluter; seconded by Bram.

11. New Business Discussion of New Legislation and Motions
A. ORDINANCE 2010-1
An Ordinance approving the editing and inclusion of certain ordinances as parts of the
various component codes of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village, Ohio and
declaring an emergency.
1st Reading.
A motion to suspend the rules made by Perry; seconded by Parks.

An Ordinance appointing a Charter Review Commission pursuant to Article XI of the
Orange Village Charter. 1st Reading
Motion to suspend the rules made by Kluter; seconded by Perry.

Motion to amend Ordinance 2010-2 and add the following names made by Brown;
seconded by Kluter:Brian Hitt, Carmen Centanni, Teresan Gilbert, Mel Weisblatt,
James Boyle, Scott Lewis, Angela Ugran, Ethan Leonard, Russell Rogers and Benjamin Kratky.
