4. Old Business Discussion of Pending Legislation
A.ORDINANCE 2009-16
An Ordinance amending Section 775.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village
to provide for taxing royalty income from oil and gas well production in the Village.
2nd Reading . Discussion of pros and cons ensued.
B. ORDINANCE 2009-17
An Ordinance amending Chapter 931 of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village
to provide uniform guidelines for residents and employees regarding the utilization
of the various Municipal Facilities available for public use within Orange Village.

5. New Business Discussion of New Legislation and Motions
A. ORDINANCE 2009-18
An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to apply for financial assistance
from the State Issue I Ohio Public Works commission (OPWC) Infrastructure Bond
Program for the funding of a capital infrastructure improvement project and declaring
an emergency. 1st Reading – Resubmitting for a grant for a waterline.
B. ORDINANCE 2009-19
An Ordinance amending Subsection (k) of Section 1327.02 of the Codified Ordinances
of Orange Village relating to Demolition Permit Fees, and repealing certain ordinances.

C. ORDINANCE 2009-20
An Ordinance amending Section 775.27 of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village
to provide for the correct Ohio Revised Code Reference, and repealing certain ordinances.

8. Comments by the Mayor –
- Add to Agenda a motion to allow the Service Department to purchase a cabin chassis
vehicle from the State contractor, Miami Valley International Trucks. The cost will be $71,610.
- Add to Agenda a motion to allow the Service Department to advertise for bids for a hook lift and anD
equipment package for the cabin chassis vehicle with an estimated cost of $90,000.
- Residents in Orange Village who live in Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District will
begin to be assessed with a stormwater fee. The average fee per year is $57.
