A. ORDINANCE 2009-13
An Ordinance amending Section 143.01 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village
and changing the composition of the Police Department by establishing the
position of Executive Lieutenant.

Motion to adopt Ordinance 2009-13 made by Perry; seconded by Braverman.
Ayes: Parks, Perry, Braverman, Kluter, Brown

B. ORDINANCE 2009-14
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept an easement from Lakes of Orange,
LLC for the installation and maintenance of a water main for the purpose of supplying
water service to the Lakes of Orange subdivision. 3rd Reading

Motion to adopt Ordinance 2009-14 made by Perry; seconded by Braverman.

C. ORDINANCE 2009-15
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into agreements with Ullman Oil, Inc.
for fuel storage tank upgrades and the purchase of gasoline and diesel fuel, and
declaring an emergency. 2nd Reading.
Motion to table made by Braverman; seconded by Perry. Withdrawn.
Ordinance 2009-15 to be removed from the agenda in September.

12. New Business Discussion of New Legislation and Motions

A.ORDINANCE 2009-16
An Ordinance amending Section 775.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village to
provide for taxing royalty income from oil and gas well production in the Village.

B. ORDINANCE 2009-17
An Ordinance amending Chapter 931 of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village to
provide uniform guidelines for residents and employees regarding the utilization of the
various Municipal Facilities available for public use within Orange Village. 1st Reading
