1.     Lisa Perry, Council President Pro Tem called the Regular Meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.

12.	Old Business Discussion of Pending Legislation

A.ORDINANCE 2009-16 - AS AMENDED
An Ordinance amending Section 775.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village to provide for taxing
royalty income. 3rd  Reading


A motion to adopt Ordinance 2009-16 as amended made by Parks; seconded by Perry

	B. ORDINANCE 2009-19 - AMENDED
	An Ordinance amending Subsection (k), Building Permit Fees and Subsection (c),
	Miscellaneous Permit Fees of Section 1327.02 of the Codified Ordinances of
	Orange Village relating to Demolition Permit Fees and Fence Permit Fees, and
	repealing certain ordinances. 3rd   Reading

A motion to adopt Ordinance 2009-19 as amended made by Parks; seconded by Centanni

C. ORDINANCE 2009-21
An Ordinance amending Section 1521.03 of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village
to provide for additional regulations of oil and gas well permit holders. 3rd   Reading

D. ORDINANCE 2009-22 - AMENDED
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement for the purchase of certain
real property from Kathy Justin and Father Ladislaus Rosko, and declaring an emergency.

13.   New Business Discussion of New Legislation and Motions

	A. ORDINANCE 2009-24
	An Ordinance approving and confirming the appointment of Stephen Hovancsek &
	Associates, Inc., as  Orange Village Engineer and repealing certain ordinances.
	1st Reading

	B. ORDINANCE 2009-25
	An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Schottenstein Zox
	& Dunn Co. L.P.A. effective from January 1,2010 through December 31, 2010. 1st Reading

	C. ORDINANCE 2009-26
	An Ordinance appointing Blair N. Melling as the Prosecutor of Orange Village, and
	providing compensation for the prosecutor. 1st Reading.

	D. RESOLUTION 2009-4
	A Resolution requesting the County Auditor and Treasurer to advance taxes in
	accordance with the Ohio Revised Code.

	A motion to adopt Resolution 2009-4 made by Braverman; seconded by Centanni
		Ayes:	Braverman, Kluter, Bram, Parks, Centanni, Perry
		Nays:	None


	E. Motion to declare six Jotto brand universal computer mounts as surplus property and
	authorize the Mayor to dispose of the surplus material via eBay, Craig’s List or other
	manners and a report of the disposition of the property and monies received to be provided
	by the Mayor to Council, and to declare Unit # OR50 1997 Chevrolet 3500 Flat Bed Truck
	with snow plow Serial # 1GBKL34J9VF02812 to be disposed of by auction or other means,
	made by Centanni; seconded by Braverman.
