10.  	Old Business Discussion of Pending Legislation

	A. ORDINANCE 2009-15
	An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into agreements with Ullman Oil, Inc. for fuel storage 
	tank upgrades and the purchase of gasoline and diesel fuel. 3rd Reading

	A motion to adopt Ordinance 2009-15 made by Perry; seconded by Parks

	Nays:	None
	Abstain: Brown asked to be recused

	B.ORDINANCE 2009-16 – AS AMENDED
	An Ordinance amending Section 775.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village to provide 
	for taxing royalty income from oil and gas well production in the Village. 3rd  Reading 

	A motion to table Ordinance 2009-16 made by Perry; seconded by Braverman

	C. ORDINANCE 2009-17
	An Ordinance amending Chapter 931 of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village to provide 
	uniform guidelines for residents and employees regarding the utilization of the various 
	Municipal Facilities available for public use within Orange Village. 3rd  Reading

	A motion to adopt Ordinance 2009-17 made by Perry; seconded by Centanni

	D. ORDINANCE 2009-19 - AMENDED
	An Ordinance amending Subsection (k), Building Permit Fees and Subsection (c), Miscellaneous 
	Permit Fees of Section 1327.02 of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village relating to Demolition 
	Permit Fees and Fence Permit Fees, and repealing certain ordinances. 2nd  Reading

	E. ORDINANCE 2009-21
	An Ordinance amending Section 1521.03 of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village to provide for 
	additional regulations of oil and gas well permit holders. 2nd  Reading

	F. ORDINANCE 2009-22 - AMENDED
	An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement for the purchase of certain real property 
	from Kathy Justin and Father Ladislaus Rosko, and declaring an emergency. 2nd  Reading
	The Mayor withdrew her request for suspension.

11.   	New Business Discussion of New Legislation and Motions  

	A.  RESOLUTION 2009-3
	A Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing 
	the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor.

	A motion to adopt Resolution  2009-3 made by Perry; seconded by Braverman
	Ayes:	Perry, Braverman, Kluter, Bram, Parks, Centanni, Brown	
  	Nays:	None
	
	B. ORDINANCE 2009-23
	An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the City of Bedford Heights, Ohio to provide 
	for the custody, supervision, confinement, and board of Orange Village prisoners, and declaring an emergency. 
	1st Reading.

	A motion to suspend the rules made by Perry; seconded by Kluter
	Ayes:	Perry, Braverman, Kluter, Bram, Parks, Centanni, Brown	
 	Nays:	None

	A motion to adopt Ordinance 2009-23 made by Perry; seconded by Parks
	Ayes:	Perry, Braverman, Kluter, Bram, Parks, Brown	
	Nays:	Centanni

	C. Motion authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Concord Road Equipment Company, Inc. 
	for the purchase, including installation on a 2010 International Cab and Chassis, of a base equipment 
	package, stainless steel dump body, and a skid mounted heavy duty platform body for a total contract 
	cost of $99,852.37 made by Perry; seconded by Parks.

  	Nays:	None

	D. Motion authorizing the Mayor to enter into a change order for additional work, in the amount of $43,805.00, 
	with Specialized Construction to provide for Full Depth, Partial Depth, and Crack Sealing on Harvard Road provided 
	that the total contract cost, including the additional work authorized by the change order, shall not exceed the 
	original approved contract price for the 2009 Asphalt Program – Pike Drive made by Kluter; seconded by Brown.
