	An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with 
	Schottenstein Zox & Dunn Co. L.P.A. effective from July 1, 2008 
	through December, 2009. Copies to council of comparative charges

B.     	A motion to authorize the Mayor to sign the Suburban Distribution Asset 
	Renewal Program Project Reimbursement Agreement with the City of 
	Cleveland Cover page to council
