4.   Motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of May 14, 2008 made by Centanni;

5    Motion to approve the amended minutes of the Work Session of June 4, 2008 made by Perry;

6    Motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report of February 29, 2008 made by Parks; seconded by Perry.

7.    Motion to approve the Tax Administrators Report of May 31, 2008 made by Perry: seconded by

8.   Motion to approve the payment of the bills in the amount of $175,950.27 and additional expenses of       
      $40,696.28 made by Perry; seconded by Bram.

10.   Old Business: Introduction and consideration of:
			
A.  RESOLUTION 2008-2	
             A Resolution in support of the Clean Ohio Fund.

	Motion to adopt Resolution 2008-2 made by Perry; seconded by Bram

11.   New Business: Introduction and consideration of:

A.   ORDINANCE  2008-16-
	An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Schottenstein Zox & 
	Dunn Co. L.P.A. effective from July 1, 2008 through the organizational meeting to be held in January, 
	2010. 1st Reading

B.    A motion to authorize the Mayor to sign the Suburban Distribution Asset Renewal Program Project 
        Reimbursement Agreement with the City of Cleveland. 
        No action taken

C. ORDINANCE 2008-17
	An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a non-drilling oil and gas lease agreement with Bass Gas 
              Incorporation and utilize a portion of a Village right of way to obtain revenue for the benefit of the Village. 
              1st Reading – Refer to Planning and Zoning

15.   Comments by the Mayor
         	-Special Meeting July 2 for Resolution to join in and buy Sodium Chloride (rock salt) 
	for 2008-2009 winter season.

       	 - 2 Wheel drive pick-up truck for Service - $17.566.50
          	A motion to purchase a 2008 two-wheel drive pick-up truck for the Service Department 
	at a cost not to exceed  $18,000.00 made by Bram; seconded by Perry.

	Nays:	None     

       	-Surplus vehicles – 4 items (2-1996 Ford Explorers; 1-2000 Chevy Crown Vic; 1-2000 Chevy Tahoe)
        	A motion to declare four vehicles as surplus property for disposal made by Perry; seconded by Parks.

       	- Officers on bike patrol
       	- Finance Meeting July 2 at 7 p.m. for presentation of revised budget
       	- July 2 meeting presentation of Service Department site
       	- Increase Building Department fees
       	- Limited Point of Sale Inspection – septic systems, carbon monoxide detectors and smoke alarms
       	- 5-Day warning on high grass to 2-day warning - adding administrative fee
       	-  Letters out for West Meadow Lane construction
       	- Orange Hill construction to start June 19
