7 Motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report of November, 2007 made by Perry; seconded by Braverman.

9. Motion to approve the Tax Administrators Report of March 31, 2008 made by Perry: seconded by
Braverman.

10. Motion to approve the payment of the bills in the amount of $253,861.59 and additional expenses of
$71,957.97 made by Parks; seconded by Perry.

12. Old Business: Introduction and consideration of:
A. ORDINANCE 2008-13 - AMENDED
An Ordinance amending Part Nine, Streets, Utilities and other Public Services Code, by enacting Chapter
939, Solid Waste Collection and Recycling, to consolidate and provide new regulations for solid waste and
curbside recycling collection services to be provided in the Village. 2nd Reading
Additional amendments and corrections will be made.
13. New Business: Introduction and consideration of:

17. Comments by the Mayor
The project on Emery Road closed out. Therefore Council needs to authorize contractor to landscape this area.
Orange share is 20% of total authorized cost.
Motion to authorize the Mayor to expend up to $54,000 to engage Countryside Inc. into a contract for
landscape services on Emery Road subject to the County Engineer paying 80 percent made by Braverman,
seconded by Perry.

* A study of traffic on Miles Road produced the following recommendations.
1. Trafficlight at Miles Farmers Market
2. Crosswalk in that area
3. Right hand turn as you head east on Miles to Harper
4. Reconfiguration of driveway/parking at Romana Nursery
* Congratulations to our EMS, Fire and Police Department.

19. Motion was made by Perry; seconded by Braverman to adjourn to executive session to discuss land acquisition.
