1. The Work Session was called to order by Council President Dan Brown at 8 p.m.

Others present: Kathy Mulcahy, Mayor Stephen Byron, Law Director
Mary Kampman, Clerk of Council

4. Old Business: Introduction and consideration of:

A. ORDINANCE 2008-13
An ordinance amending Part Nine, Streets, Utilities and other Public Services Code,
by enacting Chapter 939 Solid Waste Collection and Recycling, to consolidate and
provide new regulations for Solid Waste and Curbside Recycling Collection Services
to be provided in the Village. 2nd Reading
After discussion, the Ordinance will be amended per suggestions of Council

5. New Business: Introduction and consideration of:

A. ORDINANCE 2008-15
An ordinance approving the application of Joseph A. Dubyak and Kristin P. Dubyak for Placement of
Land in an Agricultural District.
A Public Hearing will be held on April 9, 2008 at 8 p.m.
