Owen Lynch and Dennis Suhay to the Fire Department and Mayor to
administer oath of office.

5. Motion by Perry; seconded by Braverman to appoint Kristine Resek,
Clerk of Courts; Anna Girardi, Administrative Assistant to Fire and

An ordinance amending Section 1307.01 of the Codified Ordinances of
Orange Village to adopt the 2008 edition of the National Electric Code
and repealing certain ordinances. 3rd Reading Motion to adopt
Ordinance 2008-5 made by Perry; seconded by Parks.

B. ORDINANCE 2008-7
An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with
the Cuyahoga County Board of Health or the provision of services to
comply with NPDES Phase II Storm Water requirements. 3rd Reading
Motion to adopt Ordinance 2008-7 made by Perry; seconded by Centanni.

C. ORDINANCE 2008-8 – AS AMENDED
An ordinance amending Section 125.01 of the Codified Ordinances of

An Ordinance amending Part Nine, Streets, Utilities and other Public
Services Code, by enacting Chapter 939, Solid Waste Collection and
Recycling, to consolidate and provide new regulations for solid waste and
curbside recycling collection services to be provided in the Village. 1st Reading
C. ORDINANCE 2008-14
An Ordinance amending Chapter 191 of the Codified Ordinances, by
enacting Section 191.04 Waiver Schedule, and declaring an emergency.
