MINUTES

	
1.	The special meeting of March 12, 2008 was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by 
	Council President, Dan Brown.

2.	Roll call
	Members present:	Perry, Kluter, Braverman, Centanni, Parks, Bram and Brown
	Members absent:  	None
	
	Others present:	Kathy Mulcahy, Mayor

	Motion made by Kluter; seconded by Perry to adjourn to Executive Session to 
	discuss the hiring of a member of the P & Z Commission. Invite each candidate 
	into the meeting for his/her interview.
              Ayes:     Perry,  Kluter, Braverman, Centanni, Parks, Bram, and Brown
              Nays:      None
	
3.	Re-convened special meeting at 7:48 p.m. 
	
4.	Adjourned meeting at 7:49 p.m.
