MINUTES ORANGE VILLAGE COUNCIL RE-CONVENED REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 27, 2008 6:00 PM

1.	The regular meeting of February 13, 2008 was reconvened on February 27, 2008 at 6:05 p.m. 

2.	Roll call
	Members present:	Kluter, Parks, Perry, Bram, Centanni and Brown
	Members absent:  	Braverman (participated via conference call)
	
	Others present:	Kathy Mulcahy, Mayor

3.	Motion to adjourn to Executive Session to discuss the hiring of  a new employee and to discuss the
        	compensation of a new employee was made by Centanni; seconded by Perry 
	
4.	Re-convened regular meeting at 9:38 p.m. for the disposition of appointment for acting clerk.

5.	Motion to hire Mary Kampman for Council Clerk made by Kluter; seconded by Parks. 
	Ayes:	Kluter, Parks, Perry, Bram, Centanni and Brown	
	Nays:	None
	
6.	Adjourned meeting at 9:42 p.m.
