4.	Motion to approve the minutes of January 1, 2008 Special Meeting was made by Perry; seconded by Parks.

5.	Motion to approve the minutes of January 9, 2008 Regular Meeting as amended was made by Perry; seconded by Centanni.

6.	Motion to approve the minutes of February 6, 2008 Work Session/Special  Meeting as amended  was made by Centanni; 
	seconded by Perry.

7.	Motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report of October 2007 was made by Parks and seconded by Centanni

8.	Motion to approve the Tax Administrators Report of November 30,  2007 was made by Perry and seconded by Braverman

9.	Motion to approve the Tax Administrators Report of December 31, 2007 was made by Centanni and seconded by Perry

10.	Motion to approve the Tax Administrators Report  of January 31,  2008 which was revised February 13, 2008 was 
	made by Perry and seconded by Centanni

11.	Motion to approve the payment of the bills in the amount of $164,322.23 and additional expenses of $421,878.32 was 
	made by Perry and seconded by Parks

12.	Motion to approve the 2008 Road Program  was made by Perry and seconded by Centanni

13.	Motion to declare certain police vehicles surplus and authorize the sale of 2 vehicles to Marlboro Twp. at 
	a price of $11,000 and to authorize 3 vehicles to be sold on e-bay to the highest bidder was made by Perry; 
	seconded by Parks.

14.	Motion to re-appoint David Paulus to the Records Commission was made by Perry; seconded by Braverman

A.	ORDINANCE 2008-1
	An Ordinance appointing an Interim Clerk of Council, repealing certain ordinances and declaring an  
       	emergency.  3rd Reading
	Motion to adopt Ordinance 2008-1 was made by Perry; seconded by Braverman
	Ayes:	Parks, Perry, Bram, Braverman  and Brown	
	Nays:	Kluter, Centanni
	
B.	ORDINANCE 2008-2
	An ordinance amending Chapter 147, employees generally, by repealing Section 147.20 to eliminate 	
	incentive pay for part-time employees.  3rd Reading
	Motion to adopt Ordinance 2008-2 was made by Parks; seconded by Perry

C.	ORDINANCE 2008-4
	An ordinance amending Section 143.15 (b), Police/Safety officer, to provide additional compensation to 	
	Police/Safety officers commensurate with that paid to Police Department employees whose compensation 
	is established by a collective bargaining agreement , and repealing certain ordinances. 3rd Reading
	Motion to adopt Ordinance 2008-4 was made by Perry; seconded by Centanni

D.	ORDINANCE 2008-5
	An ordinance amending Section 1307.01 of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village to adopt the 2008 	
	edition of the National Electric Code and repealing certain ordinances.  2nd  Reading

E.	ORDINANCE 2008 -6 - AMENDED
	An ordinance amending Section 933.01(B) to revise the fees to be charged to residents and non-residents 	
	for emergency medical services, and repealing certain ordinances. 2nd Reading

F.	ORDINANCE 2008-7
	An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Cuyahoga County Board 	of 	
	Health or the provision of services to comply with NPDES Phase II Storm Water requirements. 2nd   
     	Reading

G.	ORDINANCE 2008-8 - AMENDED
	An ordinance amending Section 125.01 of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village to change the 	
	signatories on Village checks. 2nd  Reading

H.	ORDINANCE 2008-9
	An ordinance amending the pay ranges for certain village employees and amending certain sections of the 	
	codified ordinances of Orange Village to provide benefits which are uniform for all village employees.

I.	ORDINANCE 2008-10
	An ordinance granting a rear yard variance to Jay Siegal and Morning Star Homes for 290 Capitol Hill  	
	Circle. 2nd Reading
·	Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval
·	Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at 8 p.m.

17.	New Business: Introduction and consideration of:

A. ORDINANCE 2008-11
	An ordinance authorizing Schottenstein, Zox & Dunn Co., L.P.A. to perform the services of the law 
     	director of the Village, upon the terms and conditions established by Sections 3 and 4 of Ordinance No. 
      	2007-35 (as amended), and declaring an emergency.
	Motion to suspend the rules by Braverman; seconded by Parks

22.  Motion was made by Perry; seconded by Bram to adjourn to executive session to discuss land acquisition.
