1.	Dan Brown, President of Council, reconvened the special meeting at 8:00 pm.

5.	Old Business: Introduction and consideration of:

A.	ORDINANCE NO. 2007-35
		An ordinance appointing the Law Director and the Law Department of 
		Orange Village, providing compensation, and repealing certain 
		ordinances, as amended.  3rd Reading
			Motion made by:  Lisa Perry 	
			Seconded by:  Mark Bram 
        			Ayes:	Brown, Braverman, Perry, Parks, Bram, Kluter, Centanni 
        			Nays:	None

B.	ORDINANCE NO. 2007-36
	An ordinance confirming the appointment of  Stephen Hovancsek & Associates, Inc. 
	as Orange Village 	Engineer and repealing certain ordinances. 3rd Reading
			Motion made by:  Frances Kluter 	
			Seconded by:  Mark Bram 
        			Ayes:	Brown, Braverman, Perry, Parks, Bram, Kluter, Centanni 
        			Nays:	None
		
C.	ORDINANCE NO. 2007-38
	An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a collective bargaining agreement 
	with the Fraternal Order of Police, as amended, and declaring an emergency.

D.	ORDINANCE NO. 2007-39 
	An ordinance establishing the full-time position of Assistant Treasurer/Tax Administrator, 
	establishing the compensation for that position, repealing certain ordinances and declaring 
	an emergency. 3rd Reading

			Seconded by:  Herb Braverman 
        			Ayes:	Parks, Perry, Braverman, Centanni, Brown 
        			Nays:	Bram, Kluter
	Discussion re: the need for full time vs. part time position.  List of responsibilities 
	requested for Council review.


E.	ORDINANCE NO. 2007-41
	An ordinance approving the editing and inclusion of certain ordinances as 
	parts of the various component 	
	codes of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village, Ohio, and declaring an emergency. 
	2nd Reading

F.	ORDINANCE 2008-1
	An Ordinance Appointing an Interim Clerk of Council, repealing certain ordinances and 
	declaring an  emergency.  2nd Reading

	Mr. Bram read a letter from Jonathan Shanes, wherein Mr. Shanes resigned from 
	his position on the 	Planning and Zoning Commission.
