DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING \nNotice is hereby given that the Council of Orange Village will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday\, June 3\, 2026\, at Orange Village Hall\, 4600 Lander Road\, Orange Village\, Ohio. \nThe purpose of the hearing is for council to hear public comments before it considers Ordinance No. 2026-12. If adopted\, Ordinance No. 2026-12 will permit the Planning and Zoning Commission to administer Chapter 1162 of the Orange Village Zoning Code\, which establishes standards for off-street parking and loading facilities\, and would permit the Commission to permit deviations from the standards if there is good cause. The amendment would also permit the land-banking of parking upon terms and conditions set by the Commission\, and the modification or recission of the land banking as directed by the Commission. \n
