Planning & Zoning

The Planning & Zoning/Architectural Review Board has the authority to approve plans and issue permits for commercial and residential building projects. Plans may be submitted at public meetings held twice each month.The Building Department is here from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday to oversee and facilitate new construction, remodeling and quality maintenance of all buildings within Orange Village. The first priority of the department is the safety, welfare and quality of all structures. The inspection process ensures that new construction and remodeling projects meet state and local safety standards and codified ordinances. Exterior maintenance inspections are preformed regularly to maintain proper aesthetics and the quality of homes in Orange Village.
