Council President Lisa Perry
Lisa Perry was elected to council in November of 1997. She is currently serving as council president pro tem. Previously, Lisa served as chair-person of the safety committee and buildings, grounds and utilities committee and has served on the planning and zoning commission and finance committee.
Lisa has lived in the Orange area most of her life, and both she and her husband, Jeff attended Orange Schools. She currently lives on Lander Road with her husband, her daughter Ashley, her son Alex and her grandmother Virginia.
Councilwoman Perry became interested in politics to help restore a sense of cooperative, effective government to the community. When working with administration, council members and village employees, Lisa believes in treating everyone with respect and professionalism. “It’s not a matter of agreeing with everyone, rather than working toward solutions which benefit the whole community.”
