Lieutenant Patrick O'Callahan
Lieutenant Patrick O'Callahan has been with the Orange Police Department since February 1994. He was promoted to lieutenant in 2005. He is a graduate of the Cuyahoga Community College Police Academy. His duties include general patrol, shift supervision, field training officer, evidence technician and overseeing the detective bureau. Lt. O'Callahan currently heads up the multi-jurisdictional Valley Enforcement Group Hostage Negotiation Team (HNT).

Lt. O'Callahan has received specialized training in the following areas: hostage negotiation (basic and advanced), crime scene investigation and evidence recovery, field training officer course, police supervision, laser and radar, OC spray, accident investigation, verbal judo, Reid method interview and interrogations, alcohol detection and prosecution (ADAP), critical incident rapid deployment and drug interdiction.

Lt. O'Callahan is a graduate of the FBI National Academy Session 223. He is also a certified firefighter and emergency medical technician.

Lieutenant Nick DiCicco
Lieutenant Nick DiCicco has been a police officer since 1993 and joined the Orange Police Department in June 2001. He is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve Police Academy.

He has been a K-9 handler since 1996.

Sergeant DiCicco has received specialized training in the following areas: dog handling, public relations, laser and radar, OC spray, criminal patrol, alcohol detection and prosecution (ADAP), drug interdiction and critical incident rapid deployment.

He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy Session 240, as well as a certified firefighter and paramedic.

Sergeant Damian Davis
Sergeant Damian Davis has been a police officer since 1992 and joined the Orange Police Department in August 1993. He was promoted to sergeant in January 2003. He is a graduate of the Cleveland Heights Police Academy. His duties include general patrol, shift supervision and field training officer. Sergeant Davis is currently assigned to a Federal task force.

Sergeant Davis has received specialized training in the following areas: police supervision, field training officer course, laser and radar, OC spray, alcohol detection and prosecution (ADAP), critical incident rapid deployment and drug interdiction.

Sergeant Jason Marvin
Sergeant Jason Marvin joined the Orange Police Department in February 1997 and was promoted to sergeant in January 2003. He is a graduate of the Summit County Sheriff s Police Academy. His duties include general patrol, shift supervision and investigating juvenile crimes. Sergeant Marvin oversees the Orange Juvenile Diversion Program, which gives first time juvenile offenders an alternative to criminal prosecution for less serious crimes. He is also an active participant in many youth programs.

Sergeant Michael Roberts

Officer Robert Rosic
Officer Robert Rosic has been a police officer since 1991 and joined the Orange Police Department in August 1993. He is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve Police Academy. His duties include general patrol and firearms instructor.

Det. Michael Debeljak
Det. Michael Debeljak has been a police officer since 1998 and joined the Orange Police Department in June 2000. He is a graduate of the Cleveland Heights Police Academy. Detective Joyce Sherwood
Detective Joyce Sherwood has been a police officer since 1999 and joined the Orange Police Department in November 2001. She is a graduate of the Cuyahoga Community College Police Academy. Her current duties include general patrol and the Detective Bureau. She also assists with juvenile investigations and the juvenile diversion program.

Detective Sherwood has received specialized training in the following areas: Hostage negotiations (basic and advanced), child forensic interviewing, Child Abduction Response Team, Sexual Assault Response Team, crisis intervention training, accident investigations, laser and radar, OC spray, criminal patrol and drug interdiction, self-defense, alcohol detection and prosecution (ADAP) and critical incident rapid deployment. She is also a certified Emergency Medical Technician. She has also coordinated and instructed two Orange Senior Citizen Police Academy classes.

Officer Kurt Nebe
Officer Kurt Nebe has been a police officer since 1989 and joined the Orange Police Department in June 2002. He is a graduate of the Cleveland Heights Police Academy. His current duties include general patrol, grant writing for the department and firearms instructor.

Officer Nebe has received specialized training in the following areas: Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT), Glock Armorer, abnormal human behavior, anti-terrorism, self-defense, laser and radar, OC spray, grant writing, alcohol detection and prosecution and critical incident rapid deployment. He is also a certified firefighter and emergency medical technician.

Officer Sam Borgia
Officer Sam Borgia has been a police officer since 2001 and joined the Orange Police Department in November 2002. He is a graduate of the Cuyahoga Community College Police Academy. His current duties include general patrol and vehicle maintenance.

Officer Mark Ramsey
Officer Mark Ramsey has been a police officer since 1990 and joined the Orange Police Department in April of 2005. He is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve Police Academy. His duties include general patrol.

Officer Derbin
Officer Dustin Derbin has been a police officer since 1998 and joined the Orange Police Department in June 2006. He is a graduate Cleveland Heights Police Academy. His current duties include general patrol and equipment maintenance officer.

Officer Sommers
Officer Sommers has been a police officer since 1999, joining the Orange Police Department in February 2007. Patrolman Sommers is currently assigned to the general patrol division along with being an active member with the Valley Enforcement Group Tactical Unit.

Patrolman Sommers is also the instructor for the Orange Police Department’s (R)ape. (A)ggression . (D)efense program that is offered to the community.
