Orange Village is providing public notice that Pinecrest Project Partners LLC and Fairmount Properties LLC have submitted an application to have a 61.5911 acre portion of the Village consisting of land located near the intersection of Harvard Road and I-271 declared a community entertainment district. Specifically, application was made December 22, 2017 with Mayor Mulcahy to establish the “Pinecrest Community Entertainment District,” pursuant to Ohio Revised Code §4301.80. This effort will authorize the issuance of twelve liquor permits to qualified businesses that apply with, and are granted approval by, the Ohio Division of Liquor Control to operate a liquor permit establishment in the District. The benefits of the Pinecrest Community Entertainment District are many and include the addition of businesses, jobs, and tax revenue. Mayor Mulcahy has recommended the approval of the establishment of this District. Pinecrest Project Partners LLC and Fairmount Properties LLC’s Application is on file in the office of the Clerk of Council and is available for inspection by the public during regular business hours.
