PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE 2010-21
An Ordinance granting a front yard setback variance and a side yard variance to
Paul Takach for his property located at 29250 Pike Drive.

4. Motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 11, 2010
made by Perry; seconded by Kluter.

5. Motion to approve the Tax Administrator’s Report of August 31, 2010
made by Perry; seconded by Parks

7. Brian Mader’s presentation was added to the agenda.

Motion to authorize a change order to the 2010 Water Main Extension for Fire
Safety pursuant to the letter of the Engineer describing the terms and conditions
with the understanding that a deposit for that project will be received by the
Village before the Change Order is executed made by Perry seconded by Braverman.

8. Old Business: Discussion and consideration of Pending Legislation

A. ORDINANCE 2010-15
An Ordinance amending Subsection c (4) of Section 1161.10 of the Codified
Ordinances of Orange Village to regulate temporary indefinite signs. 3rd
Reading – Referred to P & Z – Recommitted to P & Z – Approved
by P & Z at the August 17th meeting as drafted with no amendments.

Motion to adopt Ordinance 2010-15 made by Parks; seconded by Perry.

B. ORDINANCE 2010-21
An Ordinance granting a front yard setback variance and a side yard variance to
Paul Takach for his property located at 29260 Pike Drive. 3rd Reading – Referred
to P & Z – Approved by P & Z August 3, 2010 – Public Hearing held September 1, 2010.

Motion to adopt the Conclusions of Fact made by Kluter; seconded by Perry

Motion to adopt Ordinance 2010-21 made by Kluter; seconded by Perry.

C. RESOLUTION 2010-14
A Resolution explaining the reasons why Council enacted Ordinance No. 2010-14.
Previously tabled. This Resolution was discussed at the August 11th meeting. – No further
discussion – Remove from agenda.

Audit Plan.
