SEPTEMBER COUNCIL MEETINGS ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS · Ordinance No. 2004-34 An ordinance amending sections of Part Five, General Offense Code, to authorize the abatement of nuisance animals from within the village. Tabled. · Ordinance No. 2005-11 An ordinance amending section 521.11 of the Codified Ordinances to enact requirements for the trimming of trees, shrubs and weeds, and declaring an emergency. Passed 6-0. · Ordinance No. 2005-23 An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept for Village ownership approximately 1.056 acres of real property with frontage on Emery Road, and declaring an emergency. Passed 6-0. · Ordinance No. 2005-24 An ordinance establishing compensation for Clerk of Council of Orange Village and repealing certain ordinances.
