An Ordinance granting a maximum accessory building area variance to

B. ORDINANCE 2011-31
An Ordinance amending Section 521.06 of the Codified Ordinances of Orange
Village to provide for the removal of snow on sidewalks in Village Business Districts.

An Ordinance determining a tire showroom and automotive service facility to be
a similar U-4 District use and granting a Special Use Permit to Conrad’s Tire Realty
Company, Inc. for the property located at 27370 Chagrin Boulevard.

An Ordinance granting a front yard setback variance and a side yard variance to Russell
