Orange Village Police Department
Chief Kostura has been a member of the Orange Village Police Department since 1979. He has worked his way through the ranks of Patrolman, Detective, Sergeant and Lieutenant. Chief Kostura has enjoyed the variety that his jobs have presented.

Chief Kostura has continued, throughout his career, to attend classes and seminars that have provided the continuing education that is the backbone of the ever changing field of Law Enforcement. In 1991, Chief Kostura graduated from the F.B.I. National Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Some of Chief Kostura's other academic achievements are Advanced Hostage Negotions,certification as an instructor through the Ohio Peace Officers Training Academy and is a certified Emergency Medical Technician.

Continuing education for all members of the Orange Village Police Department is one of the top priorities of Chief Kostura.

Chief Kostura has been active in the Chagrin Valley Enforcement Group as a training coordinator, hostage negotiator and is the former President of the Group. Some of the Chief's other affiliations are:
