The Orange Village Finance Dept. reports directly to the Mayor. It is responsible for performing the following functions:

  • Annual Reports to the State and County

Orange Village would like to welcome our new Treasurer, David Bloom


Mr. Bloom was confirmed by council on November 10, 2010 and will be assuming the responsibility for our financial operations. He has been the Finance Director for the Village of Chagrin Falls for over 20 years and will continue serving both communities. Prior to his tenure at the Village of Chagrin Falls, Mr. Bloom was the Director of the Cuyahoga County Budget Commission. Dave replaces Matthew Stuczynski, who served as our interim treasurer since April 2010. We appreciate all of Matthew’s guidance and input over the past year and welcome David Bloom to our team.
