	A. ORDINANCE 2011-39
An Ordinance agreeing to change a portion of the boundary of Orange Village with the 
City of Pepper Pike. 3rd    Reading – Council received a plat map from Lou Hovancsek.

5.    New Business - Discussion of New Legislation and Motions 

A. Motion to authorize the Village to lease two (2) 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe's and 
four (4) 2012 Dodge Chargers through the Ford Credit Municipal Finance Program for 
an annual cost not to exceed $42,100 per year for four (4) years; said vehicles are being 
acquired from Taylor Chevrolet and Greve Chrysler, pursuant to the Department of 
Administrative Services state-wide bid program, for a total amount not to exceed $155,000, 
and the financing component paid to Ford Credit Municipal Finance Program shall not 
exceed $13,400.

B. Discussion of Woodmere Police Contract
